If you want to return any of our products, you must initiate the action within 30 days of the purchase date. You also require a Return Merchandise Authorization Number issued by Biogine customer support. Customers will be responsible to bear the return shipping costs. Shipments or collect shipments that come with instructions to collect the shipping cost from the recipient (Biogiene)will be deducted from the refunded amount.
As we provide hygienic products to our customers, we won’t accept returns on products that have already been used. We define used units as those that are no longer packaged, connected to water/electricity or placed on porcelain for installation. All the returns are subjected to review and may be declined if received in unfavourable conditions. Handling and restocking fees may apply as well.
Important Notes
Received returned goods will be checked. Items out of resalable condition might not be qualified for a refund.
Lost Returns: Biogiene has no bearing on returns lost in route. For returns exceeding $75, we advise either paying shipping insurance or a trackable shipping service.
Our Smart Toilets:
As there is difficulty and customer cost in transporting such a product , Biogiene will NOT accept any smart toilet returns. Whether the unit is of an incorrect size, problems in measurement and shape, not compatible with your bathroom, or your mind changed, we simply won’t accept a return.
All smart toilets will be transported via a white glove curbside service due to their great dimension and weight. Returns must be shipped using the same approach to prevent more damage during transit. All your claims for damaged or missing items must be received under two days of delivery by email or phone: orders@biogiene.com and +13464810457.
Contact Biogiene for an authorised RMA number by emailing orders@biogiene.com with your complete order information including PO#, customer name, customer phone number, customer address, purchase date, and cause for return for problems including a unit arriving broken or missing parts. Keep from signing for defective goods.
