Biogiene Order Shipping Information

All the orders will be processed between 1 to 3 business days (that includes weekends and holidays) after we receive your order confirmation. You will also receive the notification when your order gets shipped. 

Local Shipping Rates and Approximations

The shipping rates for your order will be calculated and displayed during checkout. Our team offers free shipping on domestic orders above $99 (there may be exclusions). We only ship orders to the U.S and Canada. 

International Shipping 

At this point of time, we are not offering any international shipping services but may do so to Canada at a cost-effective rate. 

Orders will be subjected to import duties and taxes (including VAT), after the shipment reaches the destination country. Our company is not responsible for any of these charges if they applied as they are the sole responsibility of the customer. 

How Might One Find The Current State Of Your Order? 

As we ship your item, you will get a tracking number. The figure will assist you to keep an eye on the cargo’s condition. The tracking information won’t become accessible for at least one to three business days. 

Should your order not arrive within a week following the confirmation message, you should get in touch with us at support@biogiene.us  with your name and phone number. We will investigate this for you.

Order Processing

Usually processing orders takes one to two business days. Orders placed on weekends or following 3:00 PM EST will be handled the following business day.

Once your order is handled, you will get an email confirming it together with tracking details.

Fees for Shipping

Standard Shipping: Your order’s weight and dimensions as well as the delivery location determine the shipping charges.

Order over $99 within the United States qualifies for free standard shipping.

Deliverability Time

Our delivery times depend on the shipping method and location; they normally run between five and seven business days.

The selected shipping method could affect the delivery timelines for accelerated orders.

Order Changes & Cancellations
